Welcome and basic rules of conduct

The forums listed below are restricted to DBP students only (however, anyone can browse the messages). I am excited to add another dimension to our classes this year where students can share and help each other with homework each night. Before tests, students can "study together" by asking questions to the group and get help from others on the forum.
As with any powerful tool, there comes a lot of responsibility. This is a public forum where anyone can see what you write. This forum should be treated exactly as if you were in a classroom. This is not a private chat or a chat among friends. I will be monitoring the forums very closely as will your parents. Any behavior that would be considered unacceptable in class, is unacceptable here (and will result in consequences identical to those you would encounter in class). This includes profanity, bullying, and even topics not related to Math. You have other social media sites, phones, etc. for non-math discussion privately with your friends. If you are not sure about something you are about to post, don't post it.
Every day when posting a message for class homework, all posts that are not serious or off-topic will earn a homework zero. So please stay on topic when discussing on these forums.
